✓ You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with EU law.
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

- Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
- You are liable for any damage or loss during return transit.
Refunds are not granted:
- If the product is used, damaged, or returned incomplete.
- For perishable, custom-made, or personalized items.
- After 14 days have passed since delivery.
- Items marked as ‘Sale’ or ‘Promotional’ are not eligible for return, unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery.”
