Refund & Cancellation Policy

📦 For Physical Products (shipped items)

✓ You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with EU law.

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• You must notify us in writing at info@isistempleshop.com before returning.
• Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
• You are liable for any damage or loss during return transit.

Refunds are not granted:

• If the product is used, damaged, or returned incomplete.
• For perishable, custom-made, or personalized items.
• After 14 days have passed since delivery.
• Items marked as ‘Sale’ or ‘Promotional’ are not eligible for return, unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery.”

• Our Andara crystals and jewelry may contain natural inclusions within their inner world. These are not flaws, but part of the crystal’s unique nature, energy, and mystery. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these natural characteristics. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for Andara jewelry or sacred tools on the basis of inclusions or other internal features.

• Refunds, where granted, are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.
• We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that abuse the policy or stemfrom indecisiveness, misuse, or misreading of product descriptions.
